jobfill

Local-only resume storage and job application autofill.

jobfill stores your resume as structured facts with multiple phrasings and fills job application forms with them, confirm-first, entirely on your machine. The point is to make you fast, not to mass-apply on your behalf.

  • Everything is local. No accounts, no servers, no telemetry and no network calls at runtime. The build fails if that stops being true.
  • No auto-submit, ever. It fills, you review, and Undo puts the form back.
  • It knows what not to touch. Passwords, CAPTCHAs, SSNs and bank details are off limits, and EEO answers need a per-field yes.
  • A palette for everything else. One shortcut fuzzy-searches your whole resume and fills the focused field on any site.
Status
Version 0.1, working on Firefox desktop and Firefox for Android. Not on addons.mozilla.org yet, and the source isn't published yet.

expurge

Find your data on people-search sites and opt out. Nothing leaves your device.

expurge opens people-search sites in your own browser, a few at a time, so you can check whether you're listed. For each listing you confirm, it drafts the opt-out request, and you send it yourself. It never submits anything for you and it never phones home.

It's meant to be calm and honest, the opposite of the sites it deals with. It doesn't inflate the threat to push you into action.

Status
Version 0.1. The full flow works end to end against one site so far, and the verified broker list is the next milestone. Installable as a temporary add-on only.
